We just released a new accessibility feature and for those who have been asking for more customization on TypeRacer! It allows you to change the font size and font family of the typable text inside a racetrack. We’ve started with only a few font family types right now… but please let us know what additional font options you’d like.
This was our top #3 most requested feature from you all. We know that it’s not exactly innovative and it’s quite simple, but it adds the convenience of being able to customize the text. Some of you have already gone the extra mile with custom user styles, and this feature is to bring simple font customization to those who are unable to use user styles and bring convenience for free.
When you find yourself inside a race, simply navigate to the option labeled “Change Display Mode” and click on it. This will allow you to make the necessary adjustments that suit your preferences and requirements, ensuring a more personalized and enjoyable experience. Whether it’s optimizing for performance or enhancing visual elements, taking advantage of this feature can significantly enhance your overall racing experience.
